Watch it with qkt-insights
qkt-insights is a small self-hosted dashboard that records every signal, order, fill and equity change your qkt strategies make, so you can compare live trading with the research.
Video: Set up qkt-insights
A recorded walkthrough of this guide is coming soon.
1. Run the dashboard
docker run -d --name qkt-insights \ -p 127.0.0.1:8420:8420 \ -v insights-data:/data \ -e INSIGHTS_DB=/data/insights.db \ -e INGEST_TOKEN='<random, at least 24 characters>' \ -e ADMIN_USERNAME=admin \ -e ADMIN_PASSWORD='<at least 12 characters>' \ ghcr.io/elitekaycy/qkt-insights:latest run
Open http://localhost:8420 and sign in with the admin account you just set.
2. Connect qkt to it
Add this to your qkt.config.yaml and restart the qkt daemon:
insights:
enabled: true
url: "http://localhost:8420/ingest"
instance_id: "my-trading"
token: "${INGEST_TOKEN}"
events: [trade, order, signal, risk, position, state, deal, lifecycle, log]3. Reach it from anywhere, safely
The dashboard listens on your own machine only. On a VPS, reach it through an SSH tunnel (see the VPS guide), or put an HTTPS reverse proxy with two-factor sign-in in front of it as described in the project's documentation.
