Who is responsible for your data
qkt Labs is operated by qkt Labs, which decides how your personal data is used. Contact: labsupport@qkt.com.
What we collect
- Your email address and Google account identifier, from signing in with Google, to run your account.
- Your orders, what you own, and when you downloaded a strategy file (the licence record). Each downloaded file is marked with an identifier tied to your account so that leaks can be traced.
- Reviews, comments and reports you post, shown publicly under a name you choose.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase: our database, sign-in service and file storage.
- Google: sign-in with your Google account.
- Our payment provider (Bachs or Paystack): taking payment and sending us the result.
- The server host that runs the site.
These providers may handle data in other countries than yours. We use them only to run the site and do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: a sign-in session cookie that keeps you logged in, and a note in your browser that you have seen the cookie notice. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept as long as your account exists and as long as the law requires for sales records. You can ask us to delete your account; purchase records we must keep for accounting are kept without your reviews and comments.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to stop using it in a way you object to. Write to labsupport@qkt.com; we answer within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Security and incidents
We restrict access to your data and keep payment details out of our systems. If a breach affects your personal data we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires it.
Children
The site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
